Unfortunately in my ultimate Cubbie degradation, we will return to Chicago only to lose at Wrigley, once again, this time in dramatic fashion. I absolutely agree with you. There were some really wierd things that happened in the first two games. Funny how the Dodgers hit home runs that just made it out, yet Edmonds hit 3 that just BARELY missed? And there is no explaination for the one ball that Edmonds hit that went JUST foul. You know, these “Cubby occurances” tend to only happen at Wrigley.
If we come back to Wrigley and lose, just blow up the whole fucking place, and build a new stadium in the suburbs. Rumor has it ivy can be planted anywhere.
