   Oh my god, no. Rick Sutcliffe and Chris Berman in the same booth at the same time? What circle of hell for this is Tony Gwynn?

   Actually Tony doesn’t care because the booth is catered.

   Sutcliffe says that the reason the Red Sox traded Nomar and brough in Orlando is because of a series in May in which the Angels embarrassed the Red Sox by hitting the ball at them.

   There are just so many things wrong about that. But mainly it’s because Pokey Reese was playing shortstop for the Red Sox at the time.

   I ask, with all sincerity…is Rick Sutcliffe retarded?

   Fine Gamecasts today! I want to keep up on the Dandy Dodgers, the Rallyin’ Redbirds, the Battling’ Bosox and the Heavenly Halos.

   But honesty compels me to say that the volume of posts has dropped off considerably from last week’s gamecasts.

   I don’t suppose that had to do with the fine professionals calling the game on TV?

   Oh, I have to go know and spend some time with my imaginary spouse.

   I thought the Red Sox improvement was due to the impact that Cabrera, Eyechart and Dave Roberts had on the defense?

   I look out there and see Cabrera, Millar and Gabe Kaplan. Even Horshack is upset.

   And yes, Chip. I think you impacted our ratings, too. Most of our posts were directly related to people posting in horror after something insipid you said.

   That last sentence took the Yoda route didn’t it?

    I wish you bid on my services. Had you matched TBS’ offer, I would have moved to Durand, settled into the Desipio Tower, babysat Karry Ling, put up pictures of my imaginary family and regularly posted my observations.

    And even if it meant I wouldn’t be around my dad, I would have come to Desipio. I never cared for that SOB Skip anyway.
