West Town Tavern's are pretty good, but I would suggest making them yourself. Costco sells them on the weekends, and they are fresh and cheap, but its best to eat them the day you buy them Just clean the little beards off, rinse with water throw in a pot that you have a lid for, add some sliced leeks and a couple of cloves of garlic (minced), and add a bit water and white wine (and some thyme and heavy cream if you like) bring to a boil, cover the pot, cook for about 5 min or so , take off the heat and let sit for a couple more minutesand your done. Just don't eat the ones that don't open.
