Sam basically abandons his 1973 gang in the middle of a gunfight to return to 2004.  When he gets there, there's a great scene where he's at a meeting and doesn't realize that he's stabbing himself in the finger with a pen, to the point of making himself bleed.  When he sees this, it reminds him of a time in 1973 when Annie slapped him and said, "Can you feel that?  Then, it's real."  He goes to the roof of the precinct and throws himself off.  He wakes up back in 1973, and helps the gang out of the jam they were in.  Presumably, he spends the rest of his time in 1973, while back in a coma or dying in 2004.  It was a terrific ending, in my opinion.

I remember this series and watching it to the end. Maybe I'll watch it again sometime, but it seems like literally no one else remembers it?

Did the series actually happen or was it all a dream?

The British serve toasted bread cold.  They actually have a device called a "toast cooler".  We stayed at a bed and breakfast and asked them to tell us what that device was.  They thought that we were very strange because we preferred out toast hot, or at least warm.

This is bollocks. It's called a toast rack, and it's for keeping your toast crispy. If you stack hot toast, the steam makes the lower slices go soggy.

As discussed in the Slackbocks, it depends on the money. He's an upgrade over Schwarber and certainly over Almora but if he's looking for lots of years or big money... nah.  I like him - he has a nice swing, he seems smart, he's good on the bases and in the field, he's got the good face and it seems like his skill set will probably wear reasonably well.  I'm not going to cry myself to sleep if the Cubs let him walk, though.

Natasha Lyonne is the balls, and this show is the tits.  Best thing I've seen in absolutely ages, I had to ration it because I was enjoying it so much.  Do yourself a favour and check it out.
