Man, Pat Hues's first Cubs radio broadcast of the year yesterday reminded me of what it's like to not be suicidal for the first time in months.

For the lowest point in someone's life, mine's pretty good: I have a place to stay and a great Medicaid MCO. The problem is that the structure is such that I can't see a way out. It's complicated.

I think we have an unofficial Desipio song.

More Perfect is back with more episodes. It's a podcast about the Supreme Court that's pretty fascinating. It's a radiolab production if that matters to you one way or the other.

Having for years enjoyed Community, and being totally taken in by Rick and Morty (and the lesser-known, but hilarious HarmonQuest), I finally broke down and started listening to HarmonTown. It's sometimes awkward, but very funny and worth listening to if you like Dan Harmon at all.

An "As it Happens: The Midnight Edition" from the CBC segment on just used the theme from The Starlost to introduce a segment on the "Space Corps."

No.

I am blissfully unaware, but there's probably a David Kaplan/Al Yellon podcast that would make you hate the Cubs, Chicago, baseball, and yourself.

Ivy Envy is solid. The Athletic has one that is pretty good too.

Lorenzo Cain slips going back to second and complains about the wet surface.
JD: "He should raise some cane"
Len: "He was not able to advance"

We really are blessed having these two.

I already hate myself so I am 25% of the way there.
If I had known that I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself.   (Plagerized from numerous other folks)

It's true. With Vin retired they're the best crew working. I hate 90% of broadcasters but you can pry these two from my cold dead, uh, headphones I guess. Ours, all ours.

Know what? Either I don't mind Coomer as much these days, or he's actually become listenable.
