Me being excoriated for intervocalic funny business (http://ghajek.freeshell.org/lawrence-2003.mp3), or something.

[Edit.--I had no idea that this goober was also the "Heroes" "puppetmaster" character until just now.]

If that really was you, you're just as weird and nerdy on the radio as you are on the internet.  Next up .. . television!

Kudos to Yeti for fighting the good fight.  He brought a perspective that the host was compelled to consider and it resulted in a back-and-forth that was more engaging than what you would typically find on Kaplan's tardfest.

And this is Wheezer being roundly mocked for saying "uhh" by the cab driver Kate pulled a gun on in "LA X" (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0492712/):

But Zambrano throws too many pitches!

And he's a pampered pitcher who maybe should throw more pitches!

And he should hit more batters!

And grow up! Quit blowing up on the mound!

SDF appears to have a funny way of dealing with over-quota issues, including pulling a Rug Doctor on one's file permissions. Then again, I think they were still running TOPS-20 not too long ago.

Try this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlAMfPXq39Y).

It may be worthy to note that the man I was talking to was Jim Ruppert, Sports Editor the State Journal-Register in Springfield. I do believe he is a Cardinals fan, but I don't read the SJ-R too much these days so I may be mistaken.
