The problem is that people will buy the games regardless and instead of spending money on more developers, they did
a market study and found out it was cheaper to just buy the exclusive license and create a captive audience.

Sports games, like real sports, are full of money/fan interest balances from the business side of things.

They know they just need to make a game good enough to get somewhat decent reviews and we'll buy it anyways.  So
will a million other people.

Also, I'm pretty sure I read that they had a longer than 1 year development cycle on this year's version.

It's depressing, but this makes me wish I had MLB network.

Me and my girlfriend she's canadian we met at niagara falls you wouldn't know her read this to each other on a road trip in 2004.  I thought it was fascinatingly written, with incredible detail and depth.  She thought it was boring and misogynistic.

For my niece/nephew I always get them a little stuffed animal or some little thing and then put the money I would have spent on a target gift cards.  At that age, parents get way more clothes/toys/etc than the kid will ever use.  The parents can always use the target gift cards on diaper or formulas, or a winter coat or whatever the kid needs and will thank you for it.  Unless they are rich parents.  I don't know what to do then.

Entirely not true.  A player can sneak up on people.  I have done plenty of it.  You should be careful where you use the second person because the person reading might be capable of playing the game right.

Your constant attempts to analyze the fun out of games is a total drag.  Isn't there mod team you can join and endlessly bag on other people's awesomeness and how your stuff will be so much better while your mod project languishes on for two years and never gets past version 0.04b and only 2 artist conceptual drawings of guns are created?

As much as I love Dawson, it's hard to make a case for him in my view.  I just think his knees turned too much of his career into a "what if"

Jim Rice was just Kent Hrbek on a better team, except Hrbek hit better late and close.  I don't think it's that significant of a stat, but Jim Rice people always claim some BS about how no one wanted to face him in clutch situations despite the numbers not bearing it out.  Seriously, dude has fewer HRs/AB then Kent fucking Hrbek, wasn't a good defensive player, and benefited from a great hitters park and a great lineup.

I think only Ricky should get any votes this year, he deserves every last one of them.

I've only installed one game (FA3), but it kicks total ass across the board.  I would assume newer games and all games going forward will work smooth since they were tested with this feature so they will work well.

Old games are probably more hit or miss.

I'm not reading this thread because I'm back in season 3, but I would like to note I saw a guy in a full, perfect GreenMan costume over halloween and it was amazing.
