I think its too early to call it the defining moment, but it was cool.  I was hooping and hollering in my family room too.  You know, at least, it was fun.

Good news with the cortisone, that means it will wear off in a few days, and you'll be in pain again. While I play a doctor for money on TV, get a sports doctor to do the work,  they see a lot of these ( masturbation injuries ).

Bad shoulder movement will allways hurt good jerking off.  But as a recipient of two shoulder surgeries to reduce bone spurs, I can tell you if you have any relief, you probably don't need surgery, but therapy.  If you feel better, its not structural.  More shots up to a point will help.  If you had something like spurs, cortisone would do no good.
