What the fuck is he even talking about?  The only player that missed time and can be considered good (not so much this year...) is Harang.  And I'm sure pitching him in that extra inning game on one days rest might of had something to do with his injury or poor performance.

Look at this list of guys that had DL stints for the reds this year R. Freel, N. Hopper, D. Weathers, J. Burton, A. Gonzalez, K. Merker, J. Keppinger, J. HAIRSTON JR., D. Ross, J. Cabrera, And J. Fogg.  Boy those are some tough "hits" to get over.

If anyone's interested in either of the two Bears preseason games, I have three tickets for each game (8/7 and 8/21).  I know, I know.  Who wants to pay full price to go see preseason football, where the starters barely play a whole half.  Still, I've found people in the past that were glad to take them and spend a summer day in Chicago.  Of course, that was back in the day when the preseason games were on Saturdays.  Thanks alot, NFL, for continuing to charge full price while moving them to Thursday.

I was watching that game just to watch Gagne implode and he didn't disappoint.  But to be fair to him the umpires were not his friends in that game.  First Michael Bourn was called safe on a bang-bang play at 1st..but he was clearly out.  Then the home plate ump had a pea sized strike zone (I wasn't watching the whole game so maybe it was like that for both teams) which made him walk a few too many hitters.
