OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

Bump for some really impressive douchebaggery in the sbox.

*stands by douchebaggery*

I just sloggered that. You really shouldn't.

Too late, you're lumped in with him on this.

Link?

Start here.

I sort of agree with him but don't think he expressed himself well enough to avoid coming off like a bit of a Deutschmark.

Remember back when every single car in the suburbs had a "support the troops" ribbon magnet? My parents friends actually teased each other about who had more ribbon magnets because it was some sort of way of measuring patriotism. It was ridiculous.

The "thoughts and prayers" tweets can be just as empty and meaningless, so I get Yeti's point.

But how creepy would it be if nobody said anything?

I think there should definitely be a standardized way for everyone to deal with the complex emotional issues that surround tragedy.

And Yeti should be in charge of deciding that way.
I can't believe I even know these people. I'm ashamed of my internet life.
