Hey, this place isn't completely a dump. Piper Glen and Panther Creek are nice. The northeast side is coming along nicely, and the westside is nice. Plus, with the addition of the exit on 72 for MacArthur, that road is due for a nice revival from the 10 currency exchange locations on it. Granted, I wish it were better but it's definitely in the top 10 of cities in Illinois with over 100,000 people in it
