OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

Andy's Dose reminded me of how eager I am for gamecasts to start.  I want to be the first to make a "I'd give my left nut for a hit" joke when Barrett comes up to bat.

Also, it appears I'll be hitting 1908 again soon, which means I need to acquire a 4th initial.

Ah the third screen name club.

How about CPT, Too?

Actually, I'm thinking I'll go with CT, the Revenge

Go with CPT, the Vaginal Avenger.  I don't know what that means, but it possibly fits.

Fit, it very well may do. But does it fint? That's what CPT has to ask himself when carefully selecting his next screen name. Try as I may. I couldn't find another one to fint my persona. So I just jacked around with the one I already had.

So you could be Apex, the jack around-er.  This stuff is easy-cheesy.

Moran. What is the first thing I said a screen-name must do? And what doesn't Apex, the jack around-er do?
Besides his jorb, I mean?

Something tells me I'm not helping Desipio's standing with the bleeding hearts by continuing to torpedo this sacred thread. So sorry for being the way that I am.

Not suck?  I don't know.  I can't remember everything.

I always get it confused with the first rule of fight club.

In honor of the two greatest acronomical movies ever (D.A.R.Y.L & F.I.S.T.)...  I hereby nominate Apex's next incarnation to be G.I.F.T.

This thread is as good a place as any for this, since Slaky's first claim to fame was the coining of "Aardsma."  See, Slaky posts a lot, so the 1908 thread has to be about him.  He has no life.  See?  Get it?

Anyway, I believe this is the first picture of the Aardsma in the dark side's uniform:

That's him in the center, next to some guy in a White Sox uniform.  Sorry.  He's the only one I recognize, unless the guy all the way to the right is Bobby Jenks' skinny little brother.

I'm trying to decide whether to stop at the year the printing press was invented or the year the chewing gum was invented.  I'm not sure which invention has caused me more misery.

I would have thought that device would have been the VCR and rental porn?

Well, I held out as long as I could.  Here is my 3,816th post.  It will not be as heartwarming and meaningful as some of the others.  It won't be a triumph of the human spirit, nor a salute to a man who, like Cal Ripken, just goes to work everyday, and wastes time on a messageboard.  I don't remember how I stumbled onto Desipio originally, but I think the first thing I read by Andy was a biting review and criticism of WSCR, and it got me hooked.  I used to check Desipio every day at lunch, hoping there was another Daily Dose (back when they were daily) to give me a little entertainment during the day.  Then came the gamecasts and the running commentaries everyday, and finally this fancy messageboard opened up, and it was good.  Many things have happened between now and then, most of them posts by Slaky.  I'm not going to document them, because you can just go back in the archives yourself and read about carlosno1fan and Paul and the tranny porn attack and all that other stuff.

Suffice to say, I like it here.  Despite your lack of support for me, you're a swell bunch, and I think I'd enjoy having a beer with just about any of you, and hopefully I'll get that chance sometime.  You can never have enough people to drink beer with.

So here's to the most incoherent, rambling, piece of shit 1908th post ever.

Mine.

If we're so fucking superior, why are we working here?

I ran my third time around to #1967, which is the year when my trail of tears as a Cub fan began.
