Let the record show that tonight's episode was fucking sweet.

Everything is going on the record.  You don't have to keep saying that.

  • I want Charlie to go to law school and become a lawyer, because he is hilarious when he plays one on TV.
  • When I saw the previews last week, I thought they were boldly predicting that the Phillies would be in this year's Series.
  • Dennis and Mack's interactions with each other keep getting better and better.  "You only work your glamour muscles."

I just want to find out what other crazy "solutions" Charlie has for his problems, a la eating cat food and huffing glue to sleep.  There are so many things we have yet to learn about Mr. Kelly.

Maybe we could learn more over a game of Night Crawlers.

Dear Chase,

I feel like I can call you Chase because you and me are so much alike. I would love to meet you someday. It would be great to have a catch. I know I can't throw as fast as you, but I think you would be impressed by my speed. I love you hair. You run fast. Did you have a good relationship with your father? Me neither. These are all things we can talk about. And more. I know you have not been getting my letters because I know you would write back if you did. And I hope you write back this time and we get to be good friends. I'm sure our relationship would be a real home run.

Danny DeVito made up for any past crappiness in this show with the scene where he welcomes home the soldier.  Jorts + "Kiss From A Rose" = Awesome!

Yep, that was a solid, solid episode. Felt more like the older ones. Plus with Rickety Cricket and Artemis you've got gold.

I thought for a moment that Cricket was about to finally win the day.

Nope.

Nope.

I just laughed again picturing Frank staring over him and saying, "Must have got an edge."

I wonder if he's dead...nah. Cricket is indestructible.

I was anti-Frank when he joined the show. Now he might be my favorite character.

Charlie's leprechaun wrestling a jackalope t-shirt was almost as equally awesome.

I'm gonna regress in fear of being too redundant.

Pretty weak episode, but I loved the Charlie/Frank/Mac scene.

"Oh! I botched that. That's a botch job. It's bleedin' all over. I need some trash to plug it up."

"Oooh, that's working. It's like a cut glove."

The "A Very Sunny Christmas" DVD came out today, and it is the balls.  Some great scenes from the whole cast, including some truly epic ones from Charlie.  Also, they get to say "fuck" and show bare asses!
