I'm hesitant to rip on the him since he seems like an earnest, nice guy but since Pen and Thrill have already kicked it off I'm just going to have to say it:

That guy is horribly, horribly unfunny.

I actually didn't even know that I "knew" this person.
He wasn't bad in his old SBox days.

Doesn't mean I'd be hesitant to rip on him though.

And in fairness to him, it's probably hard to be funny in that horrible creation of Jimmy Greenfi's.  In retrospect, I'm glad, for Kermit's sake, that the latter didn't go down that road although I gotta think he'd be funnier than the collective ball of lameness that's been printed there.

Why not get Obama to take over Bob Brenly's spot in the Cubs broadcast booth? He is going to join 25 million other Americans on the unemployment rolls in January. And with his propensity for lying, he could try to convince Cubs fans that the team is actually good. And Obama would not have to physically be there.
