OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

I started watching it because Entertainment Weekly gave it such a good review.  It's been tremendous so far.  The best part is how they make police work look so much easier back in the 70s.  You didn't need forensics and fiber technology, you just beat the crap out of suspects until they fessed up or died.

I also have the hots for the chick who works at the police station and is the only person who knows he thinks he's gone 33 years back in the past.

This show could have easily died under the weight of the disbelief you need to suspend, but it's very well done.

I'm telling you, when they played that Bowie song I was hooked. What a cool concept though, they make it impossible to tell how they're going to explain all this.

Ooh.  I smell an opportunity to hijack this into a Bowie thread.

Was it this song?  Did it have tweedle-dum and tweedle-dee in the background?

I was pretty bored with it until the song kicked in.  Co-incidental or not, that's when the show started to kick ass for me.

There's a crazy, white fleshed-out video for "Life On Mars" around out there that Mick Rock directed.  I'll try to find it ...

Thanks for turning me on to this one.  It's really really good.  Have there only been 2 episodes so far?  For those who have Comcast OnDemand, the first two episodes (I think the only 2) are available for free right now.

I just saw that yesterday.  I'm gonna fire this one up as soon as I get through the month of Hex and 4400 that I'm behind on....

I wish I'd noticed before I watched the second episode last night.  I then proceeded to watch the first.  I felt like the dude from Memento.

Which would've been ok since you would've forgotten all about the second episode by the time the first one started.

I taped the late one from last night, so I'll be watching it when I get home. Can't wait.

Finished watching it, best episode yet. I'm loving this show too.
