"The flamboyantly competitive Scottish brewery BrewDog has released Sink the Bismarck!, a "quadruple IPA" that they say is the most alcoholic in the world at 41%."

"BrewDog's managing director James Watt: It is important that you be careful with this beer and show it the same amount of sceptical, tentative respect you would show an international chess superstar, clown or gypsy."

"BrewDog is no stranger to controversy over the strength of its product. Prior to the 40% Tactical Nuclear Penguin, their 18.2% Tokyo was criticized by alcohol awareness groups, so it crafted a low alcoholic brew called Nanny State."

At 40£ for a 12 oz bottle, I think I'll stick with whiskey.  The Tactical Nuclear Penguin is, however, too well named to miss.
Andre Dawson paid his $1,000 fine for the Joe West incident with style. Dawson wrote ``Donation for the blind`` in the memo section of his personal check.

Flamboyantly competitive is my new favorite descriptor of anything ever.
I can't believe I even know these people. I'm ashamed of my internet life.

I think he's more of the appendix of Desipio.  Yeah, it's here and you're vaguely aware of it, but only if reminded.  The only time anyone notices it is when it ruptures (on Weebs in the video game thread).  Beyond that, though, it's basically useless and offers no redeeming value.

No, it's Nick's English Hut in Bloomington, Ind. Nick's Scottish Hut was a popular place with the townies until it shut down and was replaced by a TJ Slaky's two years ago.

Judging by the disparity between his writing ability and this guy's, I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that TJ never set a 'Sink the Biz' record during his time in Bloomington.
