OK A-holes.  It's fixed.  Enjoy the orange links, because I have no fucking idea how to change them.  I basically learned scripting in four days to fix this damned thing. - Andy

Heineken? Fuck that shit...Pabst Blue Ribbon! Seriously though. Pabst is less shitty than Heini. I'm always amazed when I see anyone drinking that. I'd rather have a shitty, mass marketed American beer anytime.

Damn, I'm joining this party late, but I'll still throw in my 2 cents...

Goose Island Christmas Ale anyone?

Shit Beer: Fat Cat - that is the worst beer I have ever had.  My old roommate found a twelver of it in Minneapolis.  The can is orange with a purple cartoon cat on it.  Looks like a can of orange crush.

I just want to say how impressed I am that no one here has mentioned Heineken.  If one could have a genuine hatred for a beer, I do and it's for that crap.

I think this stuff is a malt beverage, but I'm a fan of Steel Reserve when I'm looking for something cheap with a high alcohol content.

If you're talking 40s, it's St. Ides or Olde English or nothing. I'm not wasting my $4.00 on something inferior.  Although, I was known to down a few Coquis in my day.

40's cost 4.00 now?!?  Back in my day, we could get a 40 of OE or Mickey's for under 2 bucks.

Heineken? f@#$ that shit...Pabst Blue Ribbon!

Sometimes I love to put on my thrift store T-shirt, step into my best ripped jeans, ironically part my hair, throw on some Wolf Parade and pound enough PBRs that even Coldplay sounds good.

I was drinking a Colt 45 when Jeter hit the Grand Slam off of Sweaty Joe in Yankee Stadium.

I immediately chugged it and took a nap.

In case Margaret Meade came back from the dead and studied the culture that is Desipio, she'd easily be able to conclude that, when there's no baseball, we drink a lot and listen to music?  Do I have that right?

Who says we don't do that when there IS baseball?

Can't believe no one has mentioned Schaefer's. Or Dubuque Star. Man, you had to be one poor-ass, thirsty college dude to drink that piss water. So of course, I drank a lot of it. Because I was poor. And thirsty. And shiftless.

Twenty-plus years later, I've conquered one of those three hurdles, bully for me!

Agreed. Femme Brit pseudo-college rockers==very ghey.

I still like Motorhead. Besides tagging me as a misogynist, does that necessarily make me gay? I do think Lemmy's goiters are cute...

No, but nobody's mentioned Fred Huber either.  (My pop had a Peter Hand distributorship in the '70s.  Rheinlander is only the tip of the iceberg.)

Hey, now ... we Dubuquers are proud of the Star Brewery.
