Does this help?

It did indeed work.  Thank you, fitness friend.

I'm pricing replacement windows for my house.  First guys I had out were Champion Windows (HQ, Cincituckey, OH).  Sales guy was fine, persistent but not high pressure, had some nice sciencey stuff to show off their windows, price was actually lower than I expected (around $6500 for 10 windows, includes all labor, lifetime warranty etc.).

They seem like a pretty good outfit from what I can tell, but I just wanted to check and see if anybody here had any experience with them.

Get some Pella's on your own from Home Depot, hire about five Mexicans on the corner to do the installation, PROFIT.

But your plan sounds good too.

Home Depot sells Andersen and Jeld-Wen. Their install guys use a different product.

If you got a written estimate, take it to HD, and they'll meet & beat.

Yeah, although the one thing I like about Champion is that they don't use subs, so there's no pass through warranties.  One lifetime warranty for parts, glass and labor.

Sweet. see if they'll throw in Argon, if they haven't already. I'm assuiming they extended the Energy Star tax credit.

Yeah, the Argon is standard, and the windows qualify for the 30% up to $1500 tax credit.

Desipio Stadium, anyone?

Why stop there?

Hell, why even stop there when you can do this?

Oh no! What's next? Gatorade logos on the refreshment jugs?
