While waiting in line to get my flu shot at Kaiser, I grabbed a handout on "Prostate Problems" from a rack containing Health Education information.  The leaflet discussed prevention of an enlarged prostate as follows, "You can't prevent prostate enlargement.  Some people believe that regular ejaculations help prevent prostate enlagement.  There is no scientific proof of this, but it is risk-free."   

By "risk free" they mean "other than the $500,000 cost to raise the potential result."

So, in that realm, what would you recommend?

Ok, while that does look like a nice set up, I was looking into sound bars for the convenience of it.  Having just the one speaker would be efficient for me.

So, in that realm, what would you recommend?

Get a system with a subwoofer.
Make sure it has the connectivity that you need, HDMI, optical etc.
I'm not a big fan of wireless.
If you can stay with the same brand as your TV there might be some pluses, ease of remote etc.
The shape of your room has a lot to do with the quality of the "surround" effect.
