As my fantasy football league blows up for the 5th time in 14 years and hits the reset button due to overly complicated rules...
We had been doing a keeper auction leagues for a few years, but are battling with a huge gulf in interest and commitment levels from people so we need to simplify.

Wondering what formats/rules people are using in their leagues for keepers that are draft-based (or auction-based, though I think this ship has sailed amongst the less interested).

The rule we use in the Desipio Baseball league is the 2-round bump for keepers, no maximum keepers or maximum years of keepiness - just the 2-round bump. This seems to work pretty well.
Are there other plans, particularly ones that don't limit keepers or tenure?

Anyone have experience or know someone that's gotten a degree/certification in teaching English overseas? I've seen a few different TESOL sites and they look legit but they also look like they could just be a way to take a few hundred dollars of mine and leave me out to dry.

I'm seriously starting to look into this and any advice would be much appreciated.
