CHICAGO -- Cincinnati Reds right-hander Aaron Harang will have an MRI exam on his right forearm after he experienced discomfort early Wednesday.

Harang lasted only 4 1/3 innings Tuesday night, when he yielded a career-high seven walks in a 7-3 loss to the Cubs. He left for Cincinnati before Wednesday night's game, and will likely miss his last start before the All-Star game.

From looking at Harang's starts, this could probably be directly attributed to the time Dusty had him throw 65 pitches in an extra-inning game, on two day's rest.  Since then, he's given up at least five runs in 5 of 8 starts.

That Harang story is actually really sad. He wasn't one of these Prior types he was someone not supposed to be especially good who blossomed into an almost Zambrano-level pitcher, and then this douchebag ruins him in his first two months managing the team.

Also if you look at his gamelogs Harang has an inexplicably good start on June 13 against boston. The rest of his starts since the relief appearance he's gotten knocked around. Not sure what happened there.
