Duke has a very good pedigree, and has shown flashes of brilliance.  Pissburgh also has burnt through definitely a few pitching coaches in his time there, which can't be good for the development of a young arm.  And I think it's a contract year--I wouldn't be surprised if Duke puts up very solid numbers this season.
