John Murray, who attacked pitcher Randy Meyers in 1995 and is banned from Wrigley Field, is pictured with his trademarked slogan "It's Gonna Happen" shirt and caps.

I heard the moran on Gary Meier's show this morning.  He apparently was banned from Wrigley for 1 year.  He also said, 'I'm sorry for running on the field' about 432 times.  He's still a douche though.

And disgustingly crusty enough to need a douche.  Simple and elegant indeed.

So, apparently his talents are sloganeering running around the field like a jack-ass and sweating so much that he needs to douche and being a douche.

But, if he's such an enthusiastic Cub fan, why did he use the Red Sox font?  Why?  WHY?!

Maybe I'm just mad that I didn't think of it first.  After all, I've been going to Wrigley since I was three, and I've seen a lot of heartbreak.  Maybe I should think of a slogan, paint it in White Sox font, and show it at the Aug. 1 game that I have tickets for.

"I'ts Your Turn", maybe? 

How about "Don't buy 'It's Gonna Happen' stuff from the douche who jumped Randy Myers"?

It's a little wordy.

how about "Douche!" with an arrow that points at him?

But how will people know "douche" is meant to be a noun and not a verb?

It works either way. Simple & elegant.

Exclamate'd.  It both emphasizes the noun and makes the verb imperative.  It's simplicity and elegance remain undiminished.

That way, you'd have a much larger market share since only a small portion of people are "glass is all the way full" types.

Ryan Freel also hit a line drive off Zambrano's right ankle in the sixth. The ball deflected toward Aramis Ramirez at third and he threw Freel out in time. Zambrano barely flinched, but when he left the game after one out in the Reds eighth, he was pointing to his right leg. He apparently had cramps in his thigh but isn't expected to miss a start.

If all goes well, Kerry Wood could be pitching for the Cubs sometime during the upcoming homestand.

"I've been feeling good -- actually feeling great," Wood said Sunday. "I think we've gotten over the hump."

Wood's highest pitch count so far has been 17, and the Cubs would like him to throw a little more. He's throwing fastball, curveball, slider. The radar guns are showing 92-95 mph, which is good.
