It's actually gotten to the point that even when they win it doesn't actually feel like they've won.

I know what you mean but if their 3rd Baseman starts hitting again and they move their Ace back to the rotation, they'll conceivably need to play that song at least as often as they don't. The way Marmol, Marshall and Wells pitched tonight is really good news. And Castro had three hits to go along with a SLICK double play to end the top of the 9th.

That said, Lou's inexplicable use of Grabow instead of Marshall in the 8th made me want to club baby Kordell Stewarts. And I was still plenty pissed about it even after the game. Enough so that I didn't yell, clap, smile or send out my usual mass text reading: "Hello. My name is Aramis Ramirez. You killed my father. Prepare to die."

The dogs sat down and looked straight ahead as if they were awaiting inspection from a drill sergeant. Sort of strange, considering the number of people and dogs and other things that are going on. No dog can sit still. Sure enough, the family ordered each dog a vanilla cone, which each wolfed down.  The first thought I had was "Wait until those dogs shit..."

Instead of imagining, I have the Cubs' first 6 weeks of the 2010 season.
