Curb Your Enthusiasm
« on: September 10, 2007, 02:10:34 PM »
Surprisingly, not a lot of hype surrounding last night's episode.

Any thoughts?  Thought it was ok, not great, and (kill me for saying this) pretty formulaic.  If it sets the scene for a series of great shows, then I'm cool with that.  Still better than 90 percent of what's on the tube, but it wasn't a knockout.  I also spent an hour watching CYE clips on YouTube heading up to last night, so that may have skewed my perceptions a bit.

Yah mo B there!

I laughed out loud at least three times.  Attacking the smoke alarm with a baseball bat,  the penis cake,  the continuing gag of showing up the night after the party as an excuse for blowing it off the night before and then not being able to wiggle out of having to stay there all struck me as very funny, but maybe I was just in a good mood after having watched "Tell Me That You Love Me".  Did someone start a thread for that?  If not, I will.

So your last name is really "Black?" That's like my last name being, "Jew."

Where were you?
Eating some penis.

What do we do now?
Maybe some family will adopt us.

This should be good.

In hindsight, what did you think of the finale?

"Excellent show! Excellent show?"

And the people who criticized it?

"Morons! Morons!"

That.

While her face admittedly looks a little funny there, I'd like to know how JL Dreyfuss generally has gotten more attractive as she's gotten older.
I think he's more of the appendix of Desipio.  Yeah, it's here and you're vaguely aware of it, but only if reminded.  The only time anyone notices it is when it ruptures (on Weebs in the video game thread).  Beyond that, though, it's basically useless and offers no redeeming value.

It's all about the hair.  Her beautiful, Pantene hair.

Seriously, though, the only reason she wasn't smoking hot as Elaine was because she had ridiculous 90s hair.

No need to qualify your praise.

She's hot.

And ridiculous '90s clothes.
