It also tells him that he's got some AAAA players in the lineup that are just short on talent, not coaching.

Also, it also tells him that his best hitter is hurt.

Perry taught all of the hitters to stand on one foot and swing with the knob-end of the bat.  The results have been, predictably, terrible.
