I'm catching up (now on Season 3; they just got off New Caprica), but I have to mention that Apollo in a fat suit is completely hilarious.

Have you gotten to the boxing episode yet? The most opposite of awful, awful TV.

Got to it last night.  Awesome.  Just awesome.  Rule 10.17(c) does not apply in this instance.  Poor Dee, though.

I don't think there's been a better episode since.

For perspective, that's like saying Pixar hasn't been as good since Nemo.

Or that the Cubs haven't had a decent first baseman since Frank Chance.

I finally made it to the end of Season 3.  While I thought the writing and acting were pretty cheesy at the very end, I thought the Cylon "reveal" was pretty badass.  This show rules.

Wait, if you're talking about the difference between the dvds for Season 2.0 and 2.5, you need to rent both to get the full season of episodes.

Putting on the geek hat:

Sci Fi showed the first half of the season (episodes 2.1 - 2.10, 2.10 being Pegasus), then waited either 3 or 6 months to show the last half of the season (2.11 - 2.20).   They issued the Season 2.0 dvds before Season 2.5 was aired.  After Season 2.5 aired, as an incentive to buy the 2.5 dvd, they included the director's cut of Pegasus on the 2.5 DVD.

So you have to watch both or you'll be completely lost in Season 3.

Unless you were just talking about which Pegasus to watch, in which case it doesn't really matter.

I want to talk more about how awesome that episode was.  The entire feel of the show completely changed in one hour.  Seeing "FRAK EARTH" scrawled on the wall was a great moment.
