Then he'll be exactly what you expect.  Not sure if this show will be able to maintain. The pilot was good, but slow.  There's a hint of the old BG style of writing from a cop talking about monotheism and Bear McCreary's music is very good and hints at several old BG themes.  Fork will enjoy the DVD version with multiple gratuitous nubile hogan shots that one expects would be pixelated out when broadcast.

I kept falling asleep for the last 15 minutes or so, but I got through most of Caprica last night.  At least enough to say that the acting is as horrible as I thought it would be.  I have no idea how Stoltz has maintained any semblance of a career.  The guy is terrible.  So was Trixie, Swearengen's whore.  So was Zoe.  Pretty much everyone sucked except for Esai Morales, who played Adama.
