Best Buy is doing a buy-one, get-half-off sale on pretty much all of their 360 games.  It includes pre-orders, (including Modern Warfare 2).

Son of a bitch.  I just preordered MW2 and OpFlash this morning from GameStop.  I lose.

You can cancel those preorders, right?

I just checked the GameStop site and it says I can call the local store where I ordered the pickup.  But, I also checked out the Best Buy list and OpFlash wasn't on it.  So, I'm good.  But, there are some really good preorder titles on that list, like Mafia II and Red Dead Redemption.

If J-Kerm wouldn't hate me (more) for it, I'd pick up Batman and pre-order MW2.

I heard Batman got some very good reviews.  Mrs. IAN hates the secksbawcks more than anything in this world, and this world contains Aaron Miles.

The demo for it was fun and the reviews are good but I still don't really want to pay full price for any Batman game given how horrible every one before has been.

They're saying it will be in serious contention for game of the year.

They should just hand that over to Modern Warfare 2 right now.

If you haven't bought The Beatles Rock Band yet, it's only $40 at Micro Center today in store.  So go buy it.  I know BK's already playing it, hehe.

I've seen ya online playin.  We'll have to hook up online for a bit.  Unfortunately I've been banished to the bedroom to watch football while the woman plays all the new Xbox games she just bought.

I picked it up from MicroCenter today.  Haven't decided to open it or not though.  I probably could use that $40.

I decided to open it.  This game is awesome.  I actually thought Rock Band's guitar playing was a lot worse than Guitar Hero's, but the few little changes they made for The Beatles make a huge difference.  Particularly, the rectangles are bigger for hitting notes, so it either gives you a little more leniency or at least makes it feel that way.  Regardless, it's a shitload of fun.

It's really nice outside today.
I think he's more of the appendix of Desipio.  Yeah, it's here and you're vaguely aware of it, but only if reminded.  The only time anyone notices it is when it ruptures (on Weebs in the video game thread).  Beyond that, though, it's basically useless and offers no redeeming value.

That's why I'll be playing a double-header in a few hours.
