Just watched it last night.  I didn't hate it.  Though I got tired of explaining to my wife how the little teenage Kyle Reese could be John Connor's dad, especially since she kept referring to John Connor as "Batman."

I thought "Marcus" was a bad ass.  And any movie with Michael Ironside in it can't be all bad.  (Actually it can.)

Not great.  Not awful.  But hell, it wasn't any dumber than Terminator or T2.

I just grabbed the "Director's Cut" on Blu-Ray, and was hoping that meant it would contain the [SPOILERS]original ending.[/SPOILERS].  Instead, it just adds an excellent 10 seconds onto a scene where Moon Bloodgood takes off her top and exposes her hogans, thus giving the movie an R rating.  It's nice, but it still doesn't fix the incredibly awkward transition from that scene to the next one when she's suddenly being attacked by some random hobos.

I don't know and I never will (because I won't watch either of them) but that chick that played the Terminator has a hot ass.
