I'm leaving the great white north for a few days starting next week, and Kerm and I are going to Cubs-Pissburgh on Saturday, July 6 -- it's one of Crane's ingenious 3:05 starts.  If any of you degenerates want to meet up before, during or after let us know.

It's Cubs t-shirt day!  The first 20,000 fans get them, which means they'll have to give four to each of the 5,000 who show up.

I'm going to taunt Yellon by telling him I got hold of a friend's season bleacher tickets for that game and am going to line up early enough to sit in his beloved left field corner and heckle him all game.  I'll have the Andy Frain SWAT team crashing through my windows at home by mid-day tomorrow.

Also, the picture of Kerm wearing Sullivan's vagrant clothes might make me laugh every time I see it for the rest of my life.

I really need a copy of that picture.  Sully's computer was the most terrible thing to come from the Tribune since Steve Rosenbloom.  I would have been doing him a FAVOR if I broke it.
