Have I mentioned lately that I hate Cubs fans? And I know the Jockey is just reporting the "controversial" news but I think he's laying it on a little thick with the DOOM.

The Milton Bradley experience is turning sour quickly on the North Side, and the Cubs have to be concerned about the way their $30 million free agent is handling things.

In his first start at Wrigley Field since signing with the Cubs, Bradley failed to hustle on a ground ball Wednesday night and was booed by fans after going 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in a 3-0 loss to Cincinnati.

Bradley is hitting .043 (1-for-23) after tearing up Arizona with a .460 average in the Cactus League. He has become a virtual Sphinx, avoiding reporters before the game and failing to stick around to talk afterward, continuing the media boycott he began after suffering a mild groin strain on April 12 in Milwaukee.

I thought the booing was for the ump.  Meh.

Honestly?  It was pretty fucking stupid of Piniella to start him last night.  It was still cold as fuck, that dude with hydrocephalitis has been hitting the ball well in his absence, and it's going to be warming up soon enough.  Seriously, Lou couldn't wait one more fucking day to start him?
