The Griffey White Sox jersey proves this guy's life is full of poor decisions.

  • The guy in the Griffey jersey landed some really good punches on Hurley.
  • Nice security response.
  • The vendor's reaction was awesome when he sneaked away.

No fucking kidding'd.

You know, say what you will about fans at Wrigley. I've seen plenty of drunken idiot fights in 30 years of attending home games there. But I can't recall a situation where that many people were throwing haymakers at one another (without regard to bystanders), with nary a security guard or cop showing up for a full two-plus minutes.

I'm already dueling CT; I'd be happy to put you on the list next, partner.
This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

Joe vs. Ozzie.  Not even close.  I despise Joe.  I hate his face.  I hate his smirk.  I hate his attitude.  I can't think of anything about him that I don't hate.

THI.

I don't hate his neck though. He carries two weeks worth of Gentleman Jack in there like camel's hump. When he get's stressed he just grabs hold of it and tilts it upward. Boom.

Guillen and Williams fight over nepotism?  Awesome.

QuoteAfter the White Sox' 3-0 victory over the Detroit Tigers, the Sun-Times was told by a team source that general manager Ken Williams and manager Ozzie Guillen ''almost came to blows in a heated shouting match'' on Tuesday evening because of the draft fallout of Guillen's youngest son, Ozney.

QuoteOne source indicated that Williams was instructed by Reinsdorf not to travel on road trips -- which he hasn't -- to avoid any confrontation with Guillen. But a confrontation couldn't be avoided Tuesday. Guillen watched Ozney slip to the 22nd round in the draft before the Sox selected him. Guillen then commented, ''I give my kid 50 grand just to go to school [at the University of South Florida rather than sign with the Sox]. I got 50 grand in my pocket to send my kid to go to Niketown or buy something.''
You two wanna go stick your wangs in a hornet's nest, it's a free country.  But how come I always gotta get sloppy seconds, huh?

Somewhere near the campus of The Ohio State Univeristy, BananaHands is trying to come up with something clever to offer about the Cubs' dalliance with Ole' Dead Arm Jake 2 years ago.
Just a sloppy, undisciplined team.  Garbage.

Lawrence Holmes went apeshit on the radio last night going on about how Peavy's situation is the opposite of the way Cutler's was portrayed, where Peavy tried to push through it and hurt his team in the process. Thanks go to Holmes for sticking up for Jay and pointing out that Peavy is a selfish meathead

I just think it's funny that they've got their own Mark Prior now. Enjoy it, Sox fans.

Peavy watch; He played catch today!

Wait until they activate him Aug. 1 with the Sox 8 games behind Minnesota, and then the laugh will be on us. It will be like the Sox acquired someone at the deadline!

Pretty creative nickname there.
