Excelllent point.  I'm just bummed that he was the best goaltender in the building last night.

He was fired up and still couldn't keep the Hawks from scoring 4. Edmonton is in for one fucking long siege.

Khabby wasn't very good. If that was supposed to be his A game because he was returning to the UC then that's not good.

I have to admit that I was disappointed though.  I wanted the Hawks to paste the Oilers.  Khabi made some nice stops on Versteeg's breakaway and Sharp's penalty shot, which kept this thing from being a blowout.

I think if the teams switched goalies last night the Hawks win that game 8-3. The Oilers are thin and they're going to hit a wall sooner rather than later. They've got one good offensive player on each line in order to have each line be some kind of threat. It's not going to work when just one of those guys (Penner, Cogliano, Gagner or Hemsky) gets hurt. They have no depth. Poop on them.

I do like that Dr. Steve Brule is on their squad. For your health.
