I drooled a little bit on my shirt when I saw Pen's post in the burgers thread.

Bear in mind this burger is at Rockit.

I have no idea what that means. But I do know that fried mac and cheese is entirely underrated -- especially as a hamburger bun analogue.

Rockit will find a way to douche it up. Guy Fieri is who Billy Dec aspires to be.

There's a place in Des Moines called Zombie Burger that has had this sandwich for about a year and calls it the Walking Ched. It's fantastic.

The Iowa version of the Walking Chad.

They have one called the boomstick with a bun made of fried chili. It is infinitely superior to fried mac and cheese bun.

I'm calling foul here, the bun isn't fried chili. Rather, there is a fried chili "croquette" inside.
