Though I am too young to remember his hayday, and don't understand the reasons why he left for Texas, I know that Jenkins pitched 12 seasons for the Cubs, winning 20 games seven times. He won the Cy Young in a Cubs uniform and although he did pitch well for Texas, finishing in the top 10 for Cy Young twice he never made the all-star team for any other club.

It's not the same thing. At least not to me. Maybe old people get butthurt about it.
