They're putting some effort in. But no.

I think this team has echoes of the 2007 Cubs.  They'll play entertaining but losing baseball until July, and then get their shit together and sneak up on the equally shitty Cards and Reds to take the division with 88 wins.

Despite the outcomes of the first series I actually like what I see. I hate myself for it but I think this team is watchable.

Z, Garza, Wood, Marmol, Soto, and the infield minus 2nd base make this team muy watchable. I was pissed about the 9th inning yesterday but I'm not going to let one series crush my positive.

But if they drop 2 of 3 to the Dbags, I'll start peeing Huey's pants again.
