...last night sucked and I'm still mad today.

One of those games where I happened to wake up in the middle of the night, thought of the game, and then had trouble getting back to sleep.  Thanks a lot, Pedro.

Sitting in your seats (thanks again), you could see Strop bouncing everything during warmups. Someone down there should have given Maddon the heads-up and maybe stretch Rondon out a little more.

He made the first two outs look very easy. This is the most BananaHands post ever.

Yeah it wasn't like he was Ankieling the ball all over the place once he got in the game.

And you're welcome but of course I blame your presence inside the park for the loss.

Not to mention Pedro bounces sliders even when he's on, let alone when he's warming up in the bullpen. The real question is why didn't Montero have him try to bounce a couple of those with a 1-2 count on Peralta.

Yeah, this. I guess they were thinking that Peralta would be looking slider behind in the count, and were hoping to pants him with a fastball. Unfortunately he was looking fastball and as Apex said, he moobed it into the bleachers, and the pantsers became the pantsed.

Fatalistic Cubs fans really chap my balls and I can't stand the woe is me horseshit, but I definitely turn into one of those fans during Cardinals games. Jesus fuck do I loathe that team and dread games played against them.

I felt better today just because we don't have to see those motherfuckers again until September, and with the way the rest of the NL below the Cubs is shaping up and the Cubs entering the fat part of their schedule those games might honestly be practically meaningless in terms of playoff implications anyway.

I don't dread when the Cubs play them, but I really get that kinda sick feeling when the Cubs lose games to them. Games like last night make me want to vomit out of my butt.
