I'm not watching one more second of baseball this year.
I can't believe I even know these people. I'm ashamed of my internet life.

I'm probably done with Sportz until the NBA regular season opens.

I'm going bowling Saturday. That will help.

Followed by a rough 6 months until the playoffs when basketball matters (supposedly).

Is it wrong for me to want to see Kansas City sweep because it is the Mets?
If I had known that I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself.   (Plagerized from numerous other folks)

If that's wrong, I don't want to be right.

But I also hate the Royals and Ned Yost.

I don't really understand hating Ned Yost because he seems a decent enough fellow and I find it more amusing than annoying that all of his hilariously wrong decisions end up working out anyway, but even if I did it would never compare to the hatred I have of the Mets. I want the Mets to lose and I want the series to end with Scott Boras holding Matt Harvey's limp, lifeless body on the mound, crying and swearing eternal vengeance upon Terry Collins and the Wilpon family and the entire city of New York.
I will vow, for the sake of peace, not to complain about David Ross between now and his first start next year- 10/26/2015

I want it to end with the Mets having to trade their young pitchers because they can't afford to keep them after the ludicrous contract they give to Daniel Murphy.

The Mets are letting Murphy walk. There's also basically no way they re-sign Cespedes. Their financial situation is a joke and everyone knows they can't afford huge contracts right now, so next year they'll probably be right back to being completely unable to score runs, with Syndegaard and Matz and DeGrom hopefully victims of the UCL Reaper.

I am a small man but dammit this is my wish.
