It's mostly their rules and regulations.  Lots of liability waivers.  A page devoted to Thanksgiving and Christmas.  I guess it isn't so bad.

The wife and I have a cat. I like my cat. But I've probably known, let's say, 50 cats in my life. I think of those 50, I liked about 5? That's enough of a percentage for me to write off the whole species as mostly useless. My cat only rules because we got him when he was so young he had to be bottle fed, so he loves people, plays fetch, and basically acts like a dog. The nicest thing I can say about him is he is the cat I know who is most like the obviously superior dog species, which really says it all.
