There is no argument really. One guy was just a guy and the other was Todd Fucking Walker. Defensive statistics don't calculate the extra stress unmade plays put on a pitcher's arm. Feel free to flame on me for that comment. But when you're watching a game and hoping against hope that your pitchers keep their pitch counts down so that slapdick relievers don't have to come in and trash the game, defense matters. When things don't go right in that regard I get a bug up my ass so far I could puke diesel fuel into the tank of the Hatemobile enough to make it run for a week without respite. I needed an outlet for that hate then as I do now. And Todd fit the bill. So fuck him. Forever.
