Don't forget the 2 round adjustment on all keepers.

If anyone keeps huge chunks of their rosters, it'll just mean they'll be taking some of their keepers earlier than is optimal. Which means other quality players should fall to someone who might not have a shot at them otherwise.

That all depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

If the goal is to be able to keep your best players, then yes...this won't work.
If the goal is to be able to benefit from a few good moves you made later in the draft or on waivers during the season, then this works reasonably well.

Knowing that, unlimited is the best option because it allows you whatever flexibility you want and realistically it's not like one person is going to be able to keep a boatload of players with the 2-round bump.

All that said, I don't know how you effectively decide the keeper rules AFTER the season.
You really should establish the rules prior to the draft so that you can plan moving forward.

Meaning that we do 0 keepers for the 2010 season, decide keeper rules now for the 2011 season, and go into this year's draft knowing those rules and planning accordingly.
