This is so exciting!  The Cubs traded Lilly and Theriot for a younger version of Theriot who can't steal bases!  It's not quite as good as the time they robbed the Dodgers of Izturis, but it's still a great day for the Cubs!

So from my limited googlings of B. Lake Dewitt, it looks like he's much younger and cheaper than Theriot, but doesn't have a lot more power and isn't great defensively. In short, meh. Any reason why I should change my mind?
