So, if Notre Dame does win today, will they be sacrificing an employee every week to the football gods?

Wow, Purdue sucks. The only drama left in this one is what BC will bitch about. Oh right - the refs and Zook.

Well, our friend BC was at the game so you'll get some in depth analysis.

I'm wondering how Yeti knew I was at the game???

Anyway, good game from the Illini. What is this "bowl" thing that people keep talking about?

Illinois is truly doing a great job of ensuring that Zook has little to no involvement in fucking up his great recruits. I'll build mini Paul Petrino and Vic Koening statues in my yard if they manage to get this program to back-to-back bowls for once in my God damn life. I also enjoy how Scheelhaase is progressing. For all of Juice's talent, he never struck me as being half as smart as Scheelhaase. They're certainly capable of winning at least 3 and maybe all 4 of their remaining games. That defense can contain Denard Robinson enough to enable them to make it three straight victories of Michigan. Then hell will open up and swallow us all whole.

This is so bad, I'd root for the Orioles over this fucking team, but I can't. Because they're a fucking drug and you can't kick it and they'll never win anything and they'll always suck, but it'll always be sunny at Wrigley and there will be tits and ivy and an old scoreboard and fucking Chads.

ILL...

...NIT

Wait, is this a...? What day is this?

Oh look, you're that guy who brings up an unrelated sport when confronted with how shitty your team is. That guy's not a bitch at all.

Illinois is two wins away from bowl eligibility.  Yay.

Representatives from the Texas Bowl were at the homecoming game against Indiana, evidently.

With a somewhat soft schedule to finish up, I could see the Fighting Illini completing the season with 7 wins.

As long as they have the coordinators do the actual coaching and game planning, leaving Zook to recruiting duties only, Illinois could be pretty good.

Indeed. I want that great feeling like after the Ohio State win. You remember that, right? Where Zook was hugging Juice and all was great. Zook was telling him, "See, I told you we could do this." Shit, I got goosebumps.

They could lose to Purdue. Probably.

Fail.
