I didn't think it possible for the Big 10 logo to make LESS sense, but SUCCESS!

So, there's no "2" in there that I'm failing to see?

Turn the "N" counterclockwise: Boom.

Last year I won this damn thing on sheer blind luck. This year I watched less college football than any other season in the history of college football. The only way I can win is not to play.

It's not Stacey Robinson rushing for 300 yards on Homecoming Day, 1990 to beat a 24th ranked Fresno St team in Dekalb, but Humanitarian Bowl Champs, Ogdens!

And blocked DeMarcus Ware. Check out their rushing totals. He did fine work on him.

Damn.  I always knew--as a matter of pointless trivia--that DeMarcus Ware's last college game was a loss to NIU in a bowl game that no longer exists--but did not know baby Cieslak put the stop on him.  Awesome.
Just a sloppy, undisciplined team.  Garbage.

The better question is how a guy like DeMarcus Ware went unrecruited to the point of ending up at Troy and how baby Cieslak isn't missing blocks in the Bears backfield at a much lower price than Brandon Manumaleuna.
I will vow, for the sake of peace, not to complain about David Ross between now and his first start next year- 10/26/2015

If it makes you feel any better, both of the people in your question were unrecruited and only one of them is currently sleeping on my couch.

Well the Bears are stockpiling TEs so why not add another? Then we can hear Slaky talk about the joys of watching his brother win the SB

That doesn't make me feel better at all. Outside of the occasional belly-jiggling reception, I don't see why Brandon Manumaleuna is doing something a guy sleeping on Slaky's coach could do for 2.6 million less per year.

Jerry Angelo is so fucking lucky Julius Peppers' awesomeness is hiding the glaring stupidity of giving Taylor and Manu a combined 9 years and 27.5 million. I know probably fewer than three of those years and a third of that money is guaranteed, but all of that is too much money for bad players.

His career is over - his back and knees are shot.

The Taylor and Malaadfnammama signings do become more and more baffling by the week. However, if Brandon M. can somehow get in the way of enough defenders to allow Forte to pick up the 10 points I need to get to the finals, I'll be all grins.

I don't blame LeShoure or anyone for jumping and taking the money when they can get it, but if he stays and Scheelhaase and the defense build on what they did tonight...I like these Illini's chances next year.

I'm just savoring tonight's triumph right now. The last time they won a bowl game, future Pro Bowler Kurt Kittner was at the helm, Slick Willie was still in office and our nation hadn't yet been devastated by the Y2K disaster. It's been awhile.
