I took the survey last week (and made Waco's suggestion in the 'general comments' section).  From the survey, I would say Tom is interested in selling some premium season tickets behind the plate, in the right field bleachers and some bleacher patios at anywhere from $10,000 to $40,000 per season per seat.  Also perhaps using the triangle building as a private club ($3,600 a member if I recall).  Looks like they are following the Fenway model.

The only question that applied to all seats and would not cost a metric asston of money was regarding iterest in a eletronic box for scores/highlights etc. and/or ordering food and souvineers, and the replay board.
