Holy shit, this was incredible. Anyone else see it? Top notch everything.

In answer to your question, yes.  Yes, it was very good.  Great production value, the main character is likable, and I actually felt bad for zombies for the first time.  This is a DVR keeper for sure.

I was wondering if anyone would get the the point. Thanks.

Yeah, all of what you said. I think Morgan (?) is a strong character as well but I still keep picturing him as the guy from Jericho.

They've built up a ton of interest with the guy's wife and his partner already bumping it. Pretty excellent intro.

The sequence where they alternated between Rick killing the half-zombie and Morgan trying to kill his wifezombie was masterfully done.

He's not a very good actor b/c he is the exact same as the Jericho guy.  And I liked the main character better in Love, Actually.

Great show, though.  Some of those zombies are fast.  They almost caught a horse.

Finally saw this last night, and I agree. Great show.

Also, I'm pretty sure the kid being named Duane is a nod to Duane Jones from the original Night of the Living Dead.

I started watching this when it was on in repeat on Friday night.  After 15 minutes I had the entire series recorded on DVR.  Great show.  Acting's mediocre, but I'm interested to see how this plays out.

Same here. She doesn't like zombies at all but her face lit up when I told her there was a new one on last night.

So the wife and that partner guy have been banging for a while right? Like before the outbreak?

I think the conversation in episode one in the car between the two about their own personal lady problems was kind of a hint.

So I decided the right time to catch up on last night's episode was while eating a dinner of BBQ chicken.

Nice choice.

Better than a horsemeat dinner while watching the first episode.

Hmmm... Zombielicious.

I made the unenviable mistake of watching the first episode inside a tank with a corpse.

That was my assumption.  Either that, or that is one fast-moving adulterer.  Also, if they were banging earlier, it would make more sense that they didn't bother checking to see if poor what's-his-nuts was still laying in the hospital.
