The odds of my being able to maintain some sort of composure at a meat festival at that hour are quite poor.

Well, it was a penicillin reaction on top of the flu, which was itself the proximate cause of the secondary inner ear infection that had required the penicillin prescription in the first place.

It's tough to tease out which of the above was the worst part, but I dropped over 10 pounds inside of a week.
