No as this may be the first thing I've seen that is literally Totally Unreadable (and I occasionally have to review portions of the US Tax code).

The same guy was responsible for this abortion from April, in which he belched out over 2000 words to say literally nothing about his nominal topic whatsoever.

It's a distinct possibility that Al isn't even the worst thing about BCB.

You just don't understand, man.  You didn't read closely enough to catch all the nuance that's just oozing out of it.
