It's not satire, it's not really anything.  Apparently if you are an attractive girl in a (classy)dress at the Masters who acts very classy and is there with another classy attractive girl, men will pay attention to you. Novel.

The comments however, are freaking hilarious, as they seem to consist mainly of random people calling the article an embarrassment followed by the author's friends and relatives rushing to her defense.

Rebecca you nailed it. Fantastic article, written by an accomplished and intelligent woman. Your take on The Masters is SPOT on, if you have ever been (which I imagine most of the clowns commenting have not) they would understand the humor. As always, your wit and take on life is something I will continue to cheer on.
